"Best Places to Work" by the Boston Business Journal

ANDOVER, MA - (June 10, 2008) - Copanion, Inc., an innovator in tax document automation, today announced that it has been honored by the Boston Business Journal as one of the Best Places to Work in 2008.

"We're honored to be recognized as one of the best places to work in the Boston area," said Steven Ladd, CEO of Copanion. "We've quickly built a world-class team that thrives on solving difficult technical and business challenges. A key reason for our success is the open communication and sense of teamwork that is pervasive across our company."

The companies being honored were selected as the best places to work based on work environment, work-life balance, job satisfaction, advancement opportunities, management, compensation and benefits. This year's top ranking firms were chosen from 392 nominations - a record number of submissions in the six-year history of the "Best Places to Work." The evaluation process included a survey of employees. Companies are grouped based on their number of employees, as large (more than 500 employees), midsize (101-500 local employees) and small (20-100 local employees).

"The Best Places to Work are companies that invest in their employees, foster a positive work setting and exhibit a team oriented environment," said Mike Olivieri, BBJ publisher. "These leaders understand that employees are the foundation of the company, and the engine that drives the business forward. It creates a tangible difference with the competition."
