Position: Machine learning and pattern recognition principal engineer

Job description:

This position is for a senior software engineer or researcher who will participate in detailed research, design, development and architecture of challenging projects for the company's core software platform.

The ideal candidate is goal-oriented and a fast learner who combines excellent operational judgment with design, management, and troubleshooting skills.

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of years of experience in software design and development
  • C and C++ programming on Unix &/or Linux
  • Deep expertise in following algorithms:
    • o machine learning
    • o pattern recognition
    • o machine vision
    • o image processing
    • o classification
    • o neural networks
  • Basic knowledge of shell scripting languages
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
